If you're into health, fitness, the environment, or any combination thereof, you've probably considered veganism. From a green perspective, it's hard to argue against it. However, on the health front, the benefits of going meat free aren't as clear-cut. Cutting out chicken and fish, for example, can eliminate excellent amino acid sources. It's a tough choice.
