Easy is king, and your graphical genealogy tool just got way smarter.

You'll find your genealogy tool in your Online Office under My Business, My Downline, and Graphical Genealogy. We suggest you just give it a test drive for yourself, but here's what to look for in terms of the new features:

Coach names are now visible
Bottom Left AND Bottom Right buttons added to quickly get to the bottom of your genealogy to view preferred placement. Ability to "fast track" to the bottom, rather than click through all the levels of your organization.
Preferred Placement can now be easily identified with a color-coded icon.

7/26 — Daily Success Club Reporting Now Available!

Good news Tuesdays. Tomorrow morning, we'll be adding some powerful Success Club reporting capabilities to your Coach Online Office. The new report will provide you with a daily status of your progress in Success Club, so you can see all of your Success Club activity during current and past monthly qualification periods. This includes all positive points for new orders as well as any point deduction from returned orders.

You will see detailed information by order number, including who your points are coming from for both Customers AND new Personally Sponsored Coaches.
You will see if you have met your 90 PV HD requirement and Fast Track eligibility.
You will also see the number of consecutive months you have qualified for Success Club 5 or 10. This will help you make sure you are on track for the Success Club Trip.
Finally, you will see your overall total Success Club points accumulated since January 1, 2010. This information will help you keep on track with the Top Coach Qualifications and the Chairman's Club Adventure.

This new report will be conveniently located in your Coach Online Office, at the top of your home page. Just go to My Business, highlight My Qualification Programs, and click on Success Club.

7/05 — What the New State Tax Agreements Mean for You

In order to stay compliant with the new tax agreements with state agencies, we will be implementing a few changes effective tomorrow, July 7th, 2010. Essentially, the new tax agreements require us to collect and remit all sales tax based on the end-users price. This eliminates the need for you to collect and remit applicable sales tax to state agencies—it's all done for you! Here's the breakdown:

Key Updates

When any of your non-Club customers purchase something, they'll be taxed at the full retail price.
When any of your Club customers purchase something, they'll be taxed at the Club retail price.
When a Coach purchases something, they'll be taxed at the full retail price, unless they designate the order as "Personal Use." "Personal Use" order will be taxed at the wholesale price.

Coach "Personal Use"

Coaches will be able to designate up to 10 units per month (per product) as "Personal Use" by checking a box in the order checkout process. These orders will be taxed at the wholesale price.

Last week, we announced that the Shakeology single-serving combination packets were running low, that we pulled the option from the TeamBeachbody.com store, and that we anticipated they'd be available again on June 25th. That's still the case, but in the interim, we've also seen the all-Chocolate single-serving packets go on the endangered list. Sweet demand!

So to ensure your Home Direct orders are not impacted, we also pulled the Chocolate single-serving packet option both from the store and from the new Coach sign-up flow. This is extremely temporary, and we expect all packets will be available again on Friday, June 25th.

Please note, the shortage is strictly related to packaging (a transportation delay) and has nothing do with the amount of Shakeology powder available. There is plenty o' chocolaty goodness waiting for a home! Meanwhile, you can point your customers to the 30-day supply bags for Chocoloate Shakeology.

Whoa! Demand for Shakeology® has skyrocketed of late, and it doesn't show any sign of slowing. It's a good problem to have for all of us, but as a result, our single-serving combo packs (12 Greenberry/12 Chocoloate) are running lower than expected. So we decided to temporarily pull the option from the TeamBeachbody.com store until the next shipment arrives on June 25th. If your customers should inquire, feel free to steer them to another Shakeology option—or simply assure them of the June 25th date.

Neither existing Home Direct customers nor new Diamond Pack orders will be affected during this time. If you are currently on Home Direct or enroll a Coach and they choose the Diamond Pack during this time, you/they will receive the combo pack as expected.

Ohio's Teresa Heaney started drinkin' Shakeology about four months ago. Before that, she "kept receiving emails with the video outlining all the benefits of drinking Shakeology.
