1 SHAKE IT 'TIL YOU MAKE IT.
  • Get up to speed on the price increase. As a leader, it's your job to know exactly what's happening at corporate. If one of your Coaches asked you about the Shakeology price increase, how would you respond? If you're not 100% sure, now's the time to turn doubt into confidence. Learn about the Shakeology price increase and HUGE sales opportunity
  • Drive the message down. We're calling March "Shakeology Opportunity Month" because there's NEVER been a better time to get customers and prospects locked in on Shakeology HD. It's your responsibility to ensure your Team is up to date and knows how to leverage new information. Use the Leader Communication System to share the news with your Coaches.
  • Arm your Team with tools and training. Don't send your Coaches into battle without ammo. We've created everything they need to succeed:
  • Light the fire with this message: "Our version of March Madness has begun! We have exactly FOUR weeks to get customers locked in to Shakeology HD at the original price. This is HUGE, because every new HD sale = 1 Success Club point (2 per Challenge Pack), 1 Team Beachbody Cup point (2 per Challenge Pack), and $10 Cruise Dollars ($20 per Challenge Pack)—plus, residual commissions for as long as they stay on HD! We've got work to do, Team. Who's with me?!?"

  • Set weekly goals and hold your team accountable. Your teammates are looking for direction. They need your leadership. Set the pace (and your point-earning expectations) on day one—and offer tips, motivation, and support throughout the competition. But just as your Coaches need your leadership, you need them to report back and show progress. Schedule a time each week to follow the Leader Communication System.
  • Get all eyes on the prize(s). There's fortune, fame, and a trip to Los Angeles to meet Tony Horton on the line… Why not YOUR team? You have four weeks and three tiered prizes—which make for PERFECT milestones. Shoot for the tiered prizes in weeks one through three (one tier per week), and you could put your team in a position to win it all. Keep track of your points and progress with the Business Activity Tracker.
3 BECOME A BETTER LONG-DISTANCE LEADER.
  • Plan Ahead. If you KNOW you're leaving town, put as much of your business on autopilot as possible (note: this does NOT mean “on hold”). Use software like TweetDeck, HootSuite, or PubVitrue to schedule social media posts. Handle important calls and emails in advance, and let people know how long you'll be away. If you must check in from afar, create a "check-in" schedule—and stick to it!
    • LEADERHIP TIP: You cannot afford to send the message that your business is on hold. This gives your Coaches the impressions it's OK to take a week off—and will end up hurting your Team in the long run.
  • Empower your Coaches. Always let your Coaches know when you're leaving and when you're returning—even on short-notice trips. Call on your best Coach and empower him or her to steer the ship while you're away. Put them in charge of answering questions for your Coaches, Challengers, and customers (just be sure to share their contact info). This is an excellent way to develop new leaders on your Team.
  • Empower your Challengers. Just like your Coaches, let your Challenge Groups know when you're leaving and returning. Call on your most active and engaged Challenger (you'll know who they are)—and empower them to provide leadership, motivation, and support to the Group while you're gone. This is awesome way to boost their confidence and discover what could be your next best Coach.
  • Send Postcards. Are you booked for our 2014 Success Club Cruise? Maybe you're joining us in Disney this month? Regardless, everyone loves a postcard! Send your Coaches one whenever you're on a Team Beachbody trip—and in the message, encourage them to join you on the next one. GREAT motivation. Just make sure to pack pre-printed mailing labels before you go, so it's easy to send postcards on the fly.
